Ingredients coconut cream 1 Can veggie stock 2 cups soy sauce 1 tablespoon Liquid aminos 1 Tablespoon Herb mix (rosemary, basil, oregano ) 1 onion chopped garlic 2 cloves crushed arrowroot starch 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon say and pepper Instructions 1. Fry up onion and garlic and mushroom if you choose to add them. 2. In a cup mix arrowroot and coconut milk or cream together then add to the onion and garlic, mix 3. Add soy, nutritional yeast, herbs and liquid amino 4. Add stock, salt and pepper and let it all simmer for 5-10mins 5. Add more arrowroot if not thick enough whisk well if you do this. super yummy on top of mash potato or a vegan snitzel, why not add mushrooms as well.
