CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

What Is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy that works with your body's own innate intelligence to release restrictions, restore balance, and support deep healing.

Your nervous system carries vital information to every cell in your body. When structural imbalances, emotional blockages, or spinal misalignments interfere with this flow, symptoms emerge — pain, fatigue, anxiety, disconnection.

CST gently identifies and releases these restrictions, allowing your body to heal itself naturally.

In a session, CranioSacral Therapy:

  • Releases tension, dysfunction, and stored emotions from the body

  • Addresses the root causes of symptoms — not just surface-level relief

  • Re-establishes the mind-body connection

  • Balances and calms the central nervous system

  • Removes energy blocks held within tissues and organs

How does CranioSacral therapy work ?

Through various assessment tools, your CranioSacral Therapist can assess your body and CranioSacral system and find the “primary” restrictions or “root causes” of issues. Over time our body may compensate around particular restrictions in order to keep us functioning well. When the body can no longer compensate or the restrictions are so great that it overcomes the body’s compensatory strategies, symptoms occur.

How I Work: CST + Somatic Integration

What makes my approach unique is the way I combine CranioSacral Therapy with Somatic Integration, Inner Child Healing, and Intuitive Healing — creating a deeply personalised session that addresses the whole person.

Our bodies store trauma and unresolved emotions within their tissues. Through somatic listening and the gentle touch of CST, I support your body in releasing what it has been holding — safely and naturally, at its own pace.

Sessions may also incorporate homeopathy, energy healing, acupressure, guided dialogue, and therapeutic imagery as needed.
