This is so yummy, a creamy mushroom sauce thats completely dairy and soy free.
Can put on steaks if your a meat eater or mixed through pasta, could also place it on some polenta.
200g Organic mushrooms sliced
2 tsp Vegan cashew cheese - Paleo mushroom Truffle by botanical cruise
1 tsp of veggie stock in 50ml of water
How to make
1. Cook up the mushroom in a pan with some nutlex
2. Mix the cashew cheese with the stock and then added to the pan and stir
Serve on or with your choice of the above options. below is a photo of how I prepared it using some gluten free pasta and added some ready to eat Tempeh.
