Morning porridge


Great way to start the day with a healthy nutty porridge

Enough for 2

Ingredients

1/2 cups Organic oats

1/4 cups Organic Bon soy

1/2 cup Water

Maple syrup (real tree sap )

Organic Almonds

Organic Raisins

Organic Hemp seeds

Amounts depend on you and how much you want added for taste.

1. Heat the oats, soy and water until oats are a nice thick and creamy consistency. ( add more water or milk if its to thick).

2. crush the almonds and sprinkle on oats

3. add maple, raisins and hemp seed
