Refreshing lemon sorbet

400ml water

3ooml of freshly squeezed organic lemons

125g of glucose powder

3 tablespoons of organic rice syrup

Strain the lemon juice removing the pulp and any other seed that may have gotten in during squeezing.

Whisk the glucose powder and rice syrup into the lemon juice until well combined.

Add in the water and chill if needed.

Churn in an ice cream machine following manufacturing instructions, you can then make them into paddle pops using paddle pop tray for the kids.

* can use maple syrup if you don't have rice syrup.
