About The Event
Come and join me in this deep transformational healing of the seven chakras within our body.
This will be a 7-week journey, and each week we will explore a different chakra and take a deep dive into healing and releasing that chakra so that it functions better for overall health and wellbeing.
It is limited to 8 people so that each person can be fully supported.
Every session will begin with a sacred circle meditation and go for 2 hours.
Week 1: Root Chakra will be supportive facilitation by Kassie Marie Yates. Kassie will be taking you through trauma release, gentle and calm yoga and hypnotherapy of the root chakra. We will finish with the medicine drum and meditation.
Cocoa will be served at the end.
