Shamanic Journey and Breathwork

Breathwork is a mini version of the TBM ( transformational BreathWork) but suitable to all adults. We then go into the shamanic drum Journey exploring the different aspect of self and message our subconscious/ higher self has for us.

About The Event
Super excited about offering this event - Open to all adult but must be over 18 due to the type of breathwork not being suitable for childern.
We will begin with a Mini version of TBM which can have big shifts in patterns, energy and emotions. It allows you to let go of the old so you can bring in the new. Being a mini version means there no contra indication as there normally would be with the full TBM version.
We will then travel through a shamanic drum journey to explore messages the higher self has for us, find our power animal that supports us through our journey of life or perhaps meet spirtual guides.
