About The Event
This workshop is for beginners and those of us who already meditate but want to learn how we can hold our own space and move away from our heads and into our heart centre.
We will do a 30 min meditation season that will show you all that you have learnt in the first hour. How to ground ones self, how to overcome life obstacles and see them in a different light.
How not to dwell into anxiety and sadness but overcome it and see it for what it is, learn and grow from it.
It will be held in the Bikram yoga space in North lakes
Bring your own yoga mat, I will have 3 available as well. Also being two cushion to support your head and back.
