About The Event
This meditation is a combination of opening up the charka's, connecting the heart and mind as one, removing limiting beliefs, manifestation, gratitude, relaxation and re energising. Each week the focus will be on being in the present moment, becoming more self aware and changing our mindset. When we are centred and visualising our goals through mediation we move toward those goals more easy.
During the meditation I will be sending out reiki energy throughout the room to give it a peaceful presents and help you relax.
