Family Wellness Workshop

We are coming into hoilday season and summer and it time to prepare yourself with natural ways to support your family's wellness. This is a course on how to use homeopathic remedies for acute illnesses such as colds, insect bites, overstimulated on food and drinks, hayfever and more. 

This 2.5 hour session will teach you how to work out what remedy is best and what remedies are the first to think about when a cold comes on or your child has nausea.

3.The first aid remedies 

4.Guidelines in taking the remedy and dosing 

5.How to look after your homeopathic kit 

6.Easy and simple way to take your own case or a family members case to establish the best remedy to take for acute illness.

Workbooks and drinks will be served. 

The event will be held in meeting room 2 next to my office unless we have more then 5 people it will then move to the liabary. 

Max of 9 people at this stage due to restiction this may change. 

If you live further away and want to attend by distant learning the option is to be involved in the learning through zoom, at the same time as the live event.
