An event not to be missed, the wonderful Saida will be joining us with her amazing vocal and sound healing. 

This 2 hour event at the Zen den is a wonderful way to experience the transformational breathing method that helps you to transform and reshape your life to your desire. 

This event will be lead by Sarah, Saida and Annette. 

Welcome those with experience or newbies who have never done breath before 

We begin by explaining breathwork and the method showing you how to do it before you lay down and start your journey of self discovery. We will then end the journey by showering you in sound frequency. 

This is a safe trauma informed approach to releasing old stuck energy within the somatic
