1 on 1 Trauma Release Breathwork

Transformational Trauma Release breathwork 

A safe space to fully let go and embody you, to release old trauma and patterns. 

These are one on one sessions using a combination of breathwork, energy healing and other somatic tools. 

We start with what you would like to receive in the session, we then go into the breathwork and allow whatever happens to happen naturally as the body knows what it needs and what it can release at the time. 

We then allow integration of the newfound self. 

The session goes for 1.5 hours and this allows for intergration

If you want to heal it you must feel it 

Some people will not be able to have this session

Those on brain-altering medication - please contact me first to discuss or have an intial consult
