Blueberry peanut butter chia smoothie


Lunch for day one of the body cleanse

What you will need

Handful of blueberries

Teaspoon chia seeds

Almond milk 1 Cup

Peanut butter 2 tablespoons or Tahini if you have an allergy.

ice cubes

1 teaspoon of Honey or agave nectar if you vegan.

Place them all in bender and blend together

Enjoy !
